Use the Zyliss instant-read Meat Thermometer to make sure that your Thanksgiving turkey is cooked to perfection. Simply stick the thermometer into the thickest part of the thigh, making sure not to hit bone. Your turkey will be ready to come out of the oven when the thermometer registers 175°F. As the turkey rests, the temperature will climb. After your remove the turkey from the oven, let it sit for 30 minutes. This resting time will give the juices time to redistribute and absorb back into the meat.
